Presentable doesn’t just create — it edits. Navigate to any slide and describe the changes you want.

Reading your slides

Before making changes, Presentable reads the current slide to understand:

• Existing shapes, text boxes, and images
• Colors, fonts, and positioning
• Chart data and types
• Overall layout structure

This means your edits are always contextual. It won’t blindly override your work.

Common editing patterns

Restyle existing content

Make this slide more minimal. Reduce the number of colors
to two and increase whitespace between elements.

Reposition elements

Move the chart to the left side and add a text summary
on the right explaining the key takeaway.

Update text content

Change the title to "2026 Roadmap" and update all dates
in the bullet points to next quarter.

Change formatting

Make all headings bold, increase body text size to 16pt,
and change the accent color to teal.

Read all slides and make the typography consistent —
use the same font and heading sizes throughout.

Undo

Presentable creates real PowerPoint objects, so standard Ctrl+Z undo works for any changes it makes.
