These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Presentable PowerPoint add-in and related backend services (the "Service") provided by Presentable ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Presentable is an AI-powered add-in that operates inside Microsoft PowerPoint. It allows you to create, edit, and enhance presentations through natural language conversation. Your instructions are processed by our backend and forwarded to the Anthropic API to generate responses, which are then applied to your slides.
The Service depends on third-party platforms including Microsoft Office and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Presentable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
You own your content. You retain all rights to the content you provide to the Service ("Inputs") and the content the Service generates at your direction ("Outputs").
No training. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. Anthropic's commercial API terms confirm that API data is not used for model training.
Thread history. We retain your conversation threads — including Inputs, Outputs, and associated slide content — for 30 days on our servers (hosted in the EU) so that you can return to previous conversations. After 30 days, thread history is automatically deleted. Anthropic independently retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for trust and safety purposes.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the content you provide and for reviewing all Outputs before use. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable material. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any Output.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@presentable.so if you suspect unauthorized access.
We retain all rights to the Service, including its technology, design, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 2, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.
As is. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence under applicable EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
